SIGNATURE BURGER
INGREDIENTS
1 Package ground beef (20%+ fat blend)
1 Egg
3 Tbsp BBQ sauce
½ Tbsp garlic
1 Tsp soy sauce
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until combined (do not over mix or it will become tough).

Let the mixture sit in the fridge for half an hour.

Make patties into discs ½ inch to 1 inch bigger than the bun.

Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side (you want an internal temp of 160F). Do not scrape or press the patties as that will cause flare-ups. Move if flare-ups occur.

Rest patties on a warm plate, tent with tinfoil, for about 5 minutes.
The patties should be a somewhat tacky texture, not mushy or runny. If too much liquid has been added, add breadcrumbs until the consistency is right. Try cornflour if you are gluten-free (do not use starch).
