What's the delivery cost?It's free!

Is there a minimum order?Yes, we require a minimum order of $50.

Is there a deadline for placing orders?Yes, we ask that you have your orders in by Wednesday so we can get it on the truck for Thursday delivery.

When will I get my order?Orders are delivered every Thursday

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?We try our best to deliver at a convenient time for you. If you have a preference for morning or afternoon delivery, please specify in the note box in your shopping cart. With that said, the boxes are good for up to 6 hours outside.

Do I have to order every week?No, you may place new orders as often as you need.

What is your cancellation policy?For a full refund, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of submitting the order.

Can I request substitutions in my crate subscription?Yes, you can contact us at hello@thelocalplate.ca to submit an item substitution request. Items must be the same or lessor value to qualify for substitution.
