  • Where do you deliver?
    Cranbrook and Kimberley, British Columbia
  • What's the delivery cost?
    It's free!
  • Is there a minimum order?
    Yes, we require a minimum order of $50.
  • Is there a deadline for placing orders?
    Yes, we ask that you have your orders in by Wednesday so we can get it on the truck for Thursday delivery.
  • When will I get my order?
    Orders are delivered every Thursday
  • What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
    We try our best to deliver at a convenient time for you. If you have a preference for morning or afternoon delivery, please specify in the note box in your shopping cart. With that said, the boxes are good for up to 6 hours outside.
  • Do I have to order every week?
    No, you may place new orders as often as you need.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For a full refund, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of submitting the order.
  • How do I cancel my crate subscription?

  • Can I request substitutions in my crate subscription?
    Yes, you can contact us at hello@thelocalplate.ca to submit an item substitution request. Items must be the same or lessor value to qualify for substitution.
