COOKING RIBS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel off silverskin on the back of the ribs. Use a paper towel or damp cloth to make it easier.

  2. Generously apply a dry rub onto the ribs (find dry rub recipe here), and let the ribs sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

  3. Preheat the oven to 325F.

  4. Wrap the ribs, in pairs, in foil, and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 2.5 hours.

  5. Remove the rubs from the oven and rest for 30-40 minutes. It’s time to grill!

  6. Set your BBQ to medium-high heat and grill the ribs for 5 minutes per side. Avoid flare ups.

  7. Enjoy!
